Would review of a PMP report (Prescription Monitoring Program) be counted as date reviewed?

As long as my providers document that PMP was reviewed and where they pulled the PMP from since we have the ability to have it pulled directly into our EHR put if that option is down they have to pull it directly from the PMP website. I count it as review of prior external note.
