The doctor I work for does a lot of routine foot care for diabetic patients. We have noticed that obtaining the date last seen for our diabetic patients has become a very cumbersome task for the front desk. We are currently calling their primary care doctor to obtain the date last seen. Does anyone have any recommendations on an easier way to do this? Do you require the patient to have this information?
