We have a DC who has been billing traction devices to UHC and is not getting paid regardless of how detailed his submitted medical notes are.
We've been billing with diagnosis codes 353.0 (Brachial plexus lesions), 723.1 (Cervicalgia), and 739.1 (Nonallopathic lesions cervical region).

Have any other DCs been able to get payment for UHC on traction devices? If so, what diagnosis codes have you been successful in using?
