Can I bill 93458 with 36252? does the 36252 require a modifier

I ran these two codes through our edit's and it looks like they can be billed together and no modifier would be needed for 36252.
 
Does anybody know how to code an evaluation for primary prevention ICD and LAPTOP Trial enrollment for a patien with a longstanding history of dialated non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, mitral regurgitation. Is there a code for the LAPTOP procedure????

Has anyone billed for a LAPTOP-HF clinical trial?? What procedure codes would best be suited? Are there any HCPCS codes involved? Please help
