I am trying to code a procedure and need help. a woman was admitted to a nursing home with severe malnutrition and bilateral decub. ulcers stage 3 to her bilateral heels. The physician debrid. both heels using instruments, anes, to remove the necrotic tissue down to the bone before he saw pink healthy looking tissue. I am trying to figure out how to code. Can anyone help?
