I have another question, one of the doctors did a shoulder surgery and he debride the subscapularis tendon and then repaired the supraspinatus tendon.He wants to bill a 29823 and a 29827? Are we able to do this since he is already in the same area?

No, since the rotator cuff was repaired you can only bill 29827....
