:confused:PLEASE HELP CODE FOLLOWING SCENERIO

Pt with extensive necrosis to posterior thigh and right heel.

Wounds prepped after which sharp dissection was carried out on the heel meausured approx 10cm x 10cm in diameter removing all of the necrotic tissue which extended down to the calcaneus. The bone itself was not exposed from beneath the periosteum. wound vac cut to size and shape and placed over the wound and connected to vacumn unit.

The posterior thigh was more problemetic It was very extensive the measuring nearly 25cm in length and 15cm in width. All the dry gangrenous were excised down to the fat where a lot of necrotic fat was identified. Debridement was carried out of both skin an fat back to healthy appearing tisues Hemostatis was obtained with direct pressure, electrocautery and placing 2-0 nylon sutures at the ends of the wound. Wound Vac was then cut and placed within the wound.
