Wiki debridement of an AKA w/in global period

After a long weekend I need some reassurance.....

A patient came into the office 2 month status post Rt above knee amputation, due to changes with her incision. Dr performed a full thickness I&D. Am I correct in thinking this is bundled into her orginal ampuation perfomed 2 months ago? She does not have Medicare.

not sure what your op note states, but how about 27594 with 78 modifier and diagnosis 997.60.
