There was evidence of some fibrosis and tenosynovitis along the peroneus brevis and longus peroneal tendon sheaths. Curet was used to debride the undersurface of the skin as well as resect the dehiscened skin approximately 1/2 cm. Skin was resected. Scissors were used to incise the peroneal brevis tendon sheath and remove the imflamed tissue. The remainder of the sheath was debrided using a curet.

Any ideas are much appreciated.

I'm thinking it is an unlisted code? There is 27626, but no Arthrotomy is performed.

Thank you in advance!
