there are no global days attached to debridement--2 part question

1) OV-code the level of care instead of post op 99024?

2) I/P progress note-code level of care and/or discharge?
 
Yes to both. Just to clarify on #1 the patient came in after the debridement was done, correct? If so then both questions would be yes as the answer
