How is everyone reporting several add on codes for debridement to NGS medicare? And you are being paid for all add on codes or just a limited number of add on codes? Thank you
 
Try billing in units of no more than 4 per line item. A modifier 59 needs to be appended to any sequential lines items (units 1-4).
