I had a provider that did a debridement -wound -abdominal wall , not sure what code to use

dx-ABDOMINAL WOUND DEHISCENCE

PROCEDURE- DEBRIDEMENT -WOUND -ABDOMINAL Wall
abdomen was prepped using betadine. The previous granulation tissue inferiorly was gently separated. A collection of purulent , material was entered and drained .At the level of the umbilicus there was an additional smaller fluid collection of purulent material . There was noted to be a small fascial dehiscence of about 3 cm just about the umbilicus. . There appeared to be omentum at the base of the wound. No bowel was visible. . The wound was irrigated with bacitracin in normal saline. .A small piece of white mesh was placed at the base of the superior aspect of the incision and a black mesh placed over the entire wound and placed to suction

maybe 11005 ? not sure , any help is appreciated thanks
