Can someone please help, If I want to bill a debridement on left and right side, Can I bill code 11043LT and 11043RT plus the codes 11046?
I am getting a denial for code 11043 cannot be billed multiple times, but dont know how to bill.

You cannot bill the code twice - you'll need to add together the areas of all wounds debrided at that same depth during the encounter. You can find the guidance on this, with some examples, in the CPT book: "In multiple wounds, sum the surface area of those wounds that are at the same depth, but do not combine sums from different depths."
