Hello,

I wanted to get other opinions on coding this procedure. The documentation states necrotic skin was debrided and there was some serous sanguinous drainage at the base. A wound culture was obtained. The patient has cellulitis in this area. Would 11000 be appropriate for this procedure? Any help would be appreciated!
