I have a question regarding bundling I guess. If the procedure was say a wound repair but they debrided the bone. Can you pick out the debridement since it has more base units than just a wound repair or is this unbundling?

I am not sure what your saying exactly but you would add a 59 to the second procedure other wise yes i believe it would be bundled.
 
With anesthesia, you bill the total time of both procedures, but only code for the procedure with the highest base value. If bone debridement is more than wound repair, charge for the bone debridement (look at 11044) for entire time of case. You will need the appropriate anes code as well.
