When coding a debridement right ischial pressure ulcer with partial ostectomy in preparation for flap do you recommend 15946?

Going back in a week later and doing another debridement right ischial pressure ulcer with partial ostectomy with the muscle flap for closure would it be:
15946, 15734-51?
