Definitive Drug Testing: Counting Metabolites

Hello,
When coding for a definitive drug test that also includes tested metabolites are we to include the tested metabolites in the total targets?

For example:
My lab has a definitive drug panel that tests for 5 tricyclic antidepressants and 1 metabolite. Can we include the drug metabolite in the total target count and use CPT 80337: Antidepressants, tricyclic and other cyclicals; 6 or more?
