Wiki Deleted CPT 83890-83912

I need some assistance on the new 2013 CPT changes for Path and Lab. My gosh, this is confusing! Could anyone tell me what replaces CPT codes 83890-83912? When I try to crosswalk these codes, there is no consistancy. I need a path/lab specialist! LOL. Anyone able to assist me? Thank you in advance!

I work in a lab, there is no crosswalk. The new codes are "umbrella" codes that are replacing previously "stacked" code sets. It's awful. If you give me an idea of the test you are asking about I might be able to give you some help.
