I need to know the proper way to bill for a delivery that is done by the on-call doctor. Do we bill for the delivery or just the antepartum and postpartum? Please help...

Did he do the delivery only and was it vaginal or cesarean? There is so much to consider as do you bill as a group? Please give us more details and thanks!
