We have a patient who presented for an ultrasound and was found to have a widely dilated cervix with one fetal extremity in the vagina. Membranes are still intact. She was transported to the hospital not in active labor. Patient waited for husband to come back in town before deciding on being induced. On the 3rd day of being hospitalized, she was given a vaginal suppository to induce labor. A little later that day she delivered a live fetus that died within the hour. How would you code this? Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm stuck between a few coding options.
