I have a superbill where 125 MG of demerol was injected, J2175 is for 100MG. Can someone please tell me--is J2175 x2? I was thinking it wasnt, that its x1 but what about the other 25 MG? I understood I couldnt use modifier JW because a full dose wasnt wasted. Can anyone help Please?:confused:
 
I dont believe so, You cant bill for what isnt injected. and the JW modifier for discarded drugs is for a single use vial.
