Wiki Demerol Injection

I have a superbill where 125 MG of demerol was injected, J2175 is for 100MG. Can someone please tell me--is J2175 x2? I was thinking it wasnt, that its x1 but what about the other 25 MG? I understood I couldnt use modifier JW because a full dose wasnt wasted. Can anyone help Please?

You would code J2175x2 because the doc still had to open another vial.

I dont believe so, You cant bill for what isnt injected. and the JW modifier for discarded drugs is for a single use vial.
