I had been billing Q9960 with 36147 to NHIC and were always paid - Now NGS is the medicare carrier and they are denying the contrast - the CPT guidelines state administration of contrast included in 36147 - doesnt state the contrast material
Is anyone else getting denied and if so what action are you taking
