We have received denial on codes 69436 billed with 92585-26 saying they are inclusive. Has anyone had problems with these codes being billed together?
Please advise for help on these 2 codes together. Thanks:)
 
These denials are usually diagnosis-driven. Bill the tymp/tubes with the OM diagnosis and the HT with the audiology diagnosis as primary - and maybe a modifier 59 - depending on the carrier.
