Wiki Deniald for billing pregnancy test (81025) and Hct (85014) on the same day

I am getting denials from our local Medicaid HMO stating per AMA guidelines, these two tests cannot be billed on the same day. I cannot find any verbiage on this. Has anyone else run into this issue?
