Wiki Denials for 01402/01214 in POS 24

Hey All -

We have recently started to receive denials for anesthesia codes 01402 and 01214 when billed in an ASC setting (POS 24). The denials are related to the POS/CPT code. I know these codes have been approved to be paid in an ASC in like 2018. Has anyone else been seeing this and if so have you had luck in appealing.

We have had some get overturned, but others aren't and I'm not sure what else we can provide to them to support this.
