Wiki Denied Modifiers

I am just learning Cardiology Procedures, and UHC Dual Medicare denied the modifier LC on CPT code 33533, and the RC for the CPT code 33518. Also Humana Medicare denied the LD modifier on CPT code 33511. For the CABG's can you use these modifiers, and where can I also find this information, because I tried to google it, and couldn't find anything? Any help would be so appreciated.

The only modifiers listed as payable with the procedures above are as follows per the 2017 CPT expert edition. Hope this helps!!

33533- modifiers 22,47,51,52,53,54,55,56,63,76,77,78,79,80,81,82,99,AQ,AR,AS, CR, ET, GA, GC, GJ, GR,KX,PD, Q5,Q6,QJ,XE,XP,XS and XU

the same as above are listed for CPT 33511 and 33518
