Looking for suggestions on dental ICD-10 code questions....

1.) If patient comes in for comprehensive exam (D0150) for diagnosing of dental disorders but does not have a cleaning performed, is the proper coding z13.84 + disorders?

2.) Patient returns for cleaning before fillings are performed for caries, do you code Z01.20 (without abnormal findings) or Z01.21 (with abnormal findings) + disorders (i.e. caries) again?
