I code in the ED and need help--physician dictates the procedure note as: Dental Root Block and Superior Palatine Nerve Block. Hurricaine spray anesthetized the mucosa, passed thru this up to the root area of #16 and infiltrated Marcaine w/epinephrine. Located the region of the greater palatine nerve and again Hurricane spray was used on the mucosa. Marcaine was used in this area. How would this be coded??
