Here we go again - -

DX: tearing of the posterolateral aspect of biceps tendon 25%

PROC: debridement of distal biceps tendon

".... the tearing was seen to originate off the radial tuberosity and extend proximally but most of the distal biceps remained intact... the partial tearing was debrided using a blade scalpel and curet . . ."

Do I use an unlisted code because it is not a repair - any ideas would be appreciated.
