Wiki Destruction of Lesions

I'm trying to code a destructions of lesions code. The doctor coded it as a 17110 but the description says "2 warts left side of perineal body. TCA applied". Do I need to send this back asking, for size and method?

TCA is a chemical destruction method. CPT 17110 does not require size. However, as these were on the vulva/perineal body, I would use 56501.

The provider definitely needs to document which method that was used. Example of how we document, The warts on the _________ were treated with liquid nitrogen for 2, 3 second cycles
