What CPT code would you use for this case scenerio: Patient has multiple small pinpoint white papules on his neck, some have an unbilicated center very consistent with molluscum. THe leasions of his neck were prepped w/alchohol and I deroofed them with an 18 gauge needle and was able to remove the pearly white center of lesion. Triple antibiotic ointment & bandiad applied to the 10 lesions. Diagnosis was molluscum contagiosum to the neck.
