When determining gestational age to use for the Z3A code for a pregnancy ultrasound, is it best to go by the clinical GA listed in the Indications ("21 yo G1P0 at 33w5d with preeclampsia"), or with the Impression ("3rd Trimester Summary. Single intrauterine pregnancy with a gestational age of 33w5d based on clinical EDD. Composite age based on the current ultrasound alone is 31w5d...")?

The M.D. would have assigned the EDD by LMP or US findings (clinical indications). That is the EGA used going forward regardless of the what the US is measuring the fetus on current studies.
