Wiki Detorsion of ovary, cystectomy CPT advice

Any advice would be appreciated.
One of our doctors performed laparoscopic detorsion of left ovary, left ovarian cystectomy. In the past I used 58679 unlisted code and compared RVU's to 58662. (That one there was no cystectomy)
So I am wondering how to report both the cystectomy and the detorsion.
I know the cystectomy would be 58662, so not sure if I should add a modifier 22, or if I can also put 58679 and try billing both codes.

When there is a reasonable alternative to unlisted, that is my preference. Assuming the documentation supports extra work done for detorsing the ovary, 58662-22 would be my choice.
