Wiki Deuce knee replacement???

Hello, does anyone know how to bill for the "deuce"??
I have just recently heard of the procedure and im hoping to get some advice on coding and billing for this procedure. Any info you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks

This seems to be a 27446, since it only replaces one compartment (specifically the medial compartment). 27447 (total knee arthroplasty) specifically states medial AND lateral compartments, with or without patella resurfacing.
