I need some help..we just started billing developmental testing in our office. How do you bill a well child that has normal dev testing...

for abnormal testing we code

99392-25 DX: V20.2
96110 DX: V20.2 and 315.4 or appropriate code

Any help or guidelines will be greatly appreciated
