I have a dx of 250.50 does that include 250.00 or do I need to code for both dx? I can't remember if I can just use one code for the dx. the doctor has both codes listed as the dx.
 
Code the 250.50 but also make sure that you are listing the additional manifestations such as cataract, glaucoma, retianl edema, as the code does specify use aditional code to identify the manifestations.
