I need help! I'm fairly new at this coding stuff... I have a patient who has DM with Neuropathy and PVD and Chronic ulcer on rt ankle. The pt also had a amputation of foot due to gangrene (but not on this visit)... I know I use 250.62 357.2 but would I use 250.72 or 250.82 with the 707.13 for the PVD? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
