What would you do for the following scenerio?

Can you provide some information concerning coding E11.21 – Diabetes with nephropathy. If the patient had 2 or more elevated urine microalbumins that, with treatment, returned to normal and is still taking medication to control the diabetes – Should E11.21 be removed and E11.9 be used or should we continue to code E11.21?
