Can someone please explain if we can code E11.21 For Diabetic Nephropathy and E11.22 for DM with CKD together?

Documented only as ''Patient with diabetic and hypertensive nephropathy and CKD stage 2.''

nephropathy, can lead to ckd. CKD just means loss of kidney function(can be due to nephropathy or other reason), while nephropathy is due to damage of kidney cells due to loss of blood supply to glomeruli.
