Diagnosis - Chronic IV drug infusion?

Physician has performed insertion of MRI port (CPT- 36571).
Preoperative & Postoperative Diagnosisis : Chronic IV drug infusion.

I cant find this ICD diagnosis code. Please help.

IV Infusion

The best thing to do would be to clarify with the physicain as to why he ordered the infusion. There has to be a reason for it. Ask for additional signs/symptoms and if there is a diagnosis such as cancer or some type of home health antibiotic therapy the patient is having.
