I looked through the book could not find a dx code for Dense Brunescent Cataract ?Is there such a code ?
 
for Brunescent Cataract it says to see Senile nuclear sclerotic cataract- if you look up cataract senile it leads to 366.16 which states Nuclear Sclerosis and under that Cataracta brunescens-----------perhaps this is what your looking for. Good Luck:)
