Did they have a fistula or are you looking for a CPT code for the flap procedure?

I would not jump to a surgical complication code until the documentation is revealed to support that code. I agree with Jackie, wee need the reason for the flap if you are wanting a diagnosis code. The diagnosis is what the provider documents not what we think will get it paid.
