pt came into Ed via ambulance, code blue called and was given CPR. Diagnosis code given is cardiac arrest "likely" due to acute MI with exertion

Doesnt the cardiac arrest overide the acute MI? 427.5?

If the acute MI is "likely" than you should code the arrest. :)
