My MAC is Novitas and I'm wondering if anyone has heard of Medicare reviewing claims for accuracy of diagnoses? If so, can you provide the link for the criteria etc...
 
Diagnosis Code Review

Our FI is Novitas as well. We have not seen anything regarding a diagnosis code review from them. The only thing we have seen is a review of new patient E&M coding.
