Can someone help me with a diagnosis code? I am looking for a diagnosis code for "Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis". This is defined as "a rare type characterized by infiltration of the glomeruli with fibrils slightly larger than amyloid fibrils that do not stain with Congo red. Also called immunotactoid or microtubular glomerulopathy". I think the code should be 582.9. Am I missing something? :confused:
 
Sorry. I should note that the pathologist specifically pointed out that this was not immunotactoid glomerulonephritis. And she does not have lupus. It is a chronic condition.
