How would you code this and why? Just need another opinion. Thanks!

Assessment/Plan:
1.Non-small cell lung cancer (Stage IB(T2aNxM0))
-right sided poorly differentiated combined adenocarcinoma with squamous cell
primary lung cancer diagnosed intially 12/2013.
-s/post radiation therapy completed March 19,2014.
- Currently without B symptoms
