Can anyone suggest appropriate diagnosis code for the following:

1) Pain to palpation to epigastrium would be coded to..?
2) Skin is red at the site of PPD test..

Hypersensitivity could explain the redness from the PPD test. If documentation supports it, you may want to look at 995.3
