I need some guidance on proper diagnosis coding for a CT or MRI of the neck.......The ER docs always want to put "fall", however this is always denied and I have looked at the LCD's and cannot find anything on those exams. The physicians will not change their ways unless I can find something in writing supporting it......

PLEASE HELP!!!!!:confused:
