How should I code..... F/U right greater saphenous vein ablation. V45.89?
 
I would suggest V67.59 - because ablation means removal of material from the surface of an object by vaporization, chipping, or other erosive processes. So the ICD code V67.59 states follow up following any therapy or treatment so I considered V67.59. Please add your inputs.
